Rule 126

Provisions may be made that the public body may give an award to the builder who completes the work before the period specified in the purchase agreement.
(2) When determining the amount of the award as per sub-rule (1), it shall be determined on the basis of sub-rule (3) for the number of days before the time specified in the purchase agreement. (3) When determining the rate according to sub-rule (2), if the builder fails to complete the work within the period specified in the purchase agreement, a rate equal to the amount of compensation to be paid to the public body on a daily basis shall be determined.
(4) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in these rules, the total amount of the award shall not exceed ten percent of the contract amount.
